So, I got a new job :) As of the 13th I will be the Technical Analyst for the Timetabling team (instead of the Scheduling Administrator, which I currently am).
This means the next month will be spent with my head buried in manuals and books, writing obscure notes I probably won't recognise the next day. I'll be geeking it up with MySQL, and polishing up my database adminstration skills.
The months after that will most likely be spent in sheer terror as I'm left to my own devices (thanks for the resignation of my manager lol).
But I'm not scared, nor worried. I think I've got the gung-ho to get this party started. And too bad if I don't!
