The next month is probably going to be quite challenging. I'm either going to be out of a job or into another, but that's not where the challenges stop. My manager has given his resignation, shortly after my counterpart gave her's, leaving this three-man boat down to one (me), of course not counting the other, whom is on maternity leave and is due back in the next couple of weeks.
So if I go, then it's back to square one, looking for a job. And if I stay, there will be MANY challenges, and it looks like I'll be without support of a manager for atleast until Christmas, and will only have another person around on a part time basis!
So who will be the timetabling team if I stay you ask? Me it seems. Just me.
